This is the not to miss APPOINTMENT for lovers of good wine in the region! VitiLoire, the wine festival of Tours, is a festive, cultural and gastronomic event. More than hundred vintners with vineyards along the borders of the Loire meet every year in the town centre of Tours, at not even forty kilometres from the campsite, so curious visitors can discover their regional wines and familiarise with wine tasting. Cooking work shops and street entertainment are on the program of VitiLoire too, when Tours celebrates the wines of the Val de Loire.

Organised in Blois since 2007, the Mix’Terres Festival has become one of the not to miss events of the festival season in the region Centre. This festival, held at 25 kilometres from the campsite, and proposing an eclectic programming, mixes joyfully music, dance, circus and street arts. Every year nearly 8 000 visitors and lovers of live entertainment come together in a cultural and artistic mixture.

This is one of the major events in the Val de Loire. Organised in the park of the castle of Chaumont sur Loire, at less than 10 kilometres from our campsite, the International Garden Festival attracts thousands of visitors every year. From April to November, you can admire the creations of artists and designers from all over the world who realise, according to a special theme, fairy gardens on plots of approximately 210 m². To the rhythm of the seasons, these creations change, to the greatest delight of the visitors!
