1/ Do you accept French holiday cheques?
Yes, we accept holiday cheques to pay your stay with.
2/ Are you a certified VACAF member?
No, our campsite is not a VACAF member.
3/ Is there television in the mobile homes?
Yes, there’s TV in the **** and Premium rentals.
4/ Is there a dishwasher in the mobile homes?
Yes, there’s a dishwasher in the **** and Premium rentals.
5/ What are the arrival and departure times?
In a rental you can arrive as from 4 pm and you should leave before 10 am.
On a pitch, you can arrive as from 1 pm and you should leave before midday.
6/ Is the swimming pool heated?
The covered swimming pool and the outdoor water park are heated.
7/ Is there a shuttle service to the village?
No, there is no shuttle and no public transport.
8/ Are the activities free?
Most of the activities are free.
Only a few specific activities may be subject to a fee: minigolf, tennis and kart rental.
9/ Are there activities off season?
Yes, even off season the shops and services are open.
10/ Is the water park open off season?
Yes, the covered and outdoor swimming pool are open as from the opening to the closing date.
11/ Can we choose our pitch?
yes, you can click on the option “choose your pitch” against €30.
12/ What outlets do the pitches have?
All our pitches have European outlets “Bleu CE”, please bring your adaptor to connect your electric devices and an extension cord of at least 15m (some pitches are more than 10m away from the electric terminal).
13/ Do you have rentals for 8 people?
Some of our rentals can accommodate up to 8 people, with a maximum of 6 adults.
14/ Do you authorise bathing shorts?
15/ Do you accept dogs?
Yes, but only on the camping pitches.
16/ Is there a boarding kennel near the campsite?
Yes, there is a boarding kennel at 18 km: Le Domaine de Grimawen, 3 Impasse des Renardières, 41190 Molineuf / 06.62.01.20.40.
17/ Can we arrive any day of the week?
Yes, on le Parc du Val de Loire you can arrive and leave whenever you wish (not only from Saturday to Saturday).
During the season your stay should be at least 2 nights.
18/ Until what time can we arrive on the campsite?
You can arrive until 11 pm (after that the gate will be closed).
19/ Do you propose WiFi on the campsite?
Yes, there is a WiFi network throughout the campsite. The WiFi is available for free in the bar and subject to a fee on the Premium pitches and rentals.
